Vision

To create an atmosphere of unity and friendship among Filipino-American community in the Coastal Bend

Mission

1. To cultivate and promote Fil-Am heritage by way of cultural presentation depicting customs and tradition as well as way of life both in the Philippines and in USA.
2. To foster camaraderie among Fil-Am members through participative wholesome activities involving families.
3. To provide educational opportunities by means of  scholarship grants, seminars, trainings and workshop for personal advancement.
4. To nurture young talents by teaching Filipino songs and dances and recognizing their skills, academic performance and other personal achievements as symbol of pride for the Filipino community.
5. To make representation in city wide events involving  Fil-Am community in the Coastal Bend.

Goals

1. Sponsor  educational forum (possibly every 2 months)
2. Sponsor 2 scholarship grants yearly worth $250@ for poor but deserving students . (Senior Hi-School only)
3. To participate in the annual Festival of the Arts celebration sponsored by the City Parks and Recreation and accept selective invitation from other socio-cultural, civic organizations, religious and non-religious entities.
4. Celebrate a festive Fil-Am Friendship Day every July 4th.
